This prestigious award is given to the agent who most represents the culture of Keller Williams with regard to working with their clients, managing their business and their professional attitude being in line with the values of the company.

As a member of the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Dallas Preston Road, Bob and Lynda serviced as Chairpersons for the KW Cares committee for 2010. By coordinating fundraiser events including the highly acclaimed KW Care Golf Tournament, they led the team to raise over $20,000 for KW Cares, a 501c3 charity dedicated to helping agents in need and other charitable organizations.

Lynda was also honored with the 2007 KW Sunshine Award for setting an example of keeping a positive attitude, running a successful business with her clients' best interests as top priority, maintaining integrity and a "can do" focus to make transactions a win-win for those involved, all while battling breast cancer and undergoing chemotherapy. As of February 2015, she is a eight year cancer survivor!
